The company employs, at peak time, more than 400 employees of whom about one hundred are key staff, engineers, and technical professionals. BADR employs a great number of expatriate professionals from different nationalities that provide the company with the much needed expertise and technical knowledge and help our company perform as world class contractor in Tanzania.
The Company also possesses an impressive pool of earth moving equipment, construction and crasher plants, all operated and supervised by highly skilled professionals including expatriates that guarantee high quality workmanship and timely performance.
BADR has a great capability of executing all kinds of civil engineering projects including road and irrigation works, bridges, buildings and other infrastructure-related projects in all conditions and locations. In addition, the Company produces and supplies, aggregate, ready-mix and asphalt concrete and other construction materials.
BADR has an extensive experience in cooperating and working in a variety of manners including but not limited to subcontracting with major international contractors.
